Holy Baptism is a gift of God extended through the church to mark the life-long joining of our lives to the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Baptism makes us a child of God, a sibling of Christ, and a member of our congregation.
At Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church we baptize people of all ages during our worship services, surrounded by the congregation that promises to support the newly baptized as they grow in faith. Our pastors meet individually or in small groups with people desiring baptism for themselves or their child.
